What are the restrictions on the Free Freight for orders over $1000.00?

Any additional fees for limited access, remote delivery, rescheduling, lift gate or other special services will be billed at actual cost to the buyer. Some oversize items or items containing HazMat's may also incur additional fees. Please inquire prior to placing the order to find out if any fees will apply. Additional fees will be added to the original order or billed separately.

Where do you ship with Free Freight over $1000.00?

The 48 CONUS states. For freight costs to Alaska and Hawaii please contact us. Remote areas and locations with limited access/high security will incur additional fees.

Are images on the website of the exact product?

No. We try the use a photo that is a close representation, however, sizes, colors, shaft locations, styles, etc. may vary. Spec sheets and drawings are available for most products, please call or e-mail for more information.

Inventory is not shown, are all items in stock?

Most of our products are drop shipped and live inventory is not available. Some products are also assembled to order and lead-times may vary depending on parts availability. Please call or e-mail for current lead-times.

Have the current supply chain issues affected your products?

Yes, current supply chain issues affecting our industry have caused long backorders on some products. A lot of our products are made in the USA and that helps, but doesn’t eliminate delays. We are experienced in finding alternative solutions that are in stock and also work closely with our manufacturers to improve lead-times whenever possible.

I do not have a part#, can you offer assistance with product selection?

Yes, we can offer assistance with product identification and selection. We can also offer assistance with product selection for new applications and problem applications if you are experiencing frequent breakdowns. Please e-mail with as much information as possible, pictures always help.

Why has my credit card been charged but my order has not shipped.

All orders for out-of-stock, assembled to order, made to order, and custom products are charges at the time of order guest check out. Create an account to be billed at the time of shipment for out-of-stock items. Assembled to order, made to order, and custom products are charged at the time of order and are not cancellable or returnable.

Do you offer discounts for large orders or OEM’s?

Yes. Most prices on our website are the Minimum Advertised Price set by our manufacturers. Please create an account and contact us with estimated annual usage, order size, and company information to be considered for discounts.

Do you offer payment terms?

Yes, our standard payment terms are Net 30 Days, pending credit approval. Please create an account and we will forward a credit application.
