Please contact us prior to retuning any products to request an RGA. Returns without an RGA will not be honored. Assembled to order, made to order, and custom parts are not returnable or cancelable. All returns are subject to all restocking fees per the manufacturer's terms and conditions. Customer is responsible for return shipping.
Refunds will be issued only after inspection and acceptance by the manufacturer. All items must be returned in brand new condition, with all parts and accessories, and in the original packaging.
If you received the incorrect product or incorrect quantity, please contact us within 10 business days.
If the product received is damaged it is the customer's responsibility to contact the freight carrier immediately to initiate a claim. Save all packaging and take pictures of both the damaged product and the packaging.
